Country Java was born from the bold, independent spirit of Old Florida: cattle trails, citrus groves, cypress hammocks and wild open land. We bring exceptional beans from the world's finest growing regions to life with fresh, small-batch roasting right here in Florida, then ship them to your door.

Signature Blends. Our Signature Blends honor Florida's Cracker heritage, with names like Cowhunter, Cracker Trail and Myakka Hammock. They're crafted for rich flavor and consistent quality, cup after cup.

Premium Conservation Blends. We're just as passionate about protecting the land that defines Old Florida. A portion of proceeds from every Premium Conservation Blend bag goes to the Florida Wildlife Corridor Foundation to help preserve habitat for wildlife like the Florida panther. Each bag wears original label art by Florida artist William Fong.
