Refund policy
**Returns**
We apologize - we do not accept returns on most of our products, as the majority are food items. Due to food safety regulations and hygiene standards, we are unable to accept returns of perishable or edible goods.
If you received the wrong item, your order arrived damaged, or you have any other quality issue, please contact us. We will review your situation and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
**Damaged Goods**
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at **Andre@CountryJava.com** within **48 hours** of receiving your package. Include the following in your email:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the shipping packaging (outer box, padding, etc.)
**Subject line:** "Product Damage"
Once we receive your email, we will review the information and respond as quickly as possible. If approved, we will work with you to resolve the issue (replacement or store credit).
**Please note:** We may not be able to approve your request if photos of both the damaged product and the shipping packaging are not provided.
**Shipping Costs & Refunds**
- All shipping costs are non-refundable, even if a return is accepted.
- If a package is rejected by the recipient at delivery or returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we reserve the right to deduct all shipping charges from any refund or store credit issued.
- If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, we may (at our discretion) offer a full refund or store credit for a future purchase.
