Grown by smallholder farmers in southern Mexico’s ideal climate and altitude (1,200–1,600m), these SHG EP (Strictly High Grown European Preparation) washed beans deliver a smooth cup with notes of cranberry and chocolate, bright acidity, and a creamy body. Mildly sweet, clean, and perfectly balanced — an everyday light roast that satisfies from the first sip to the last.
